外贸跟单员（五险一金+包吃）

Job Responsibilities:
1.Assisting to track the order real progress of each plant, and urging plants to finish the orders on time.
2.Checking the clearance documents of each factory, including the CI/PL/BL/Shipping Marks.
3.Approve the delivery by checking all product’s QC documents, inspection forms and product photos.
4.After each delivery, checking all MTR documents of each product.
5.Participating in weekly video conference with foreign customers, and transfer the customer’s requirements to the plant.
6.Other tasks coordinated by the leaders.
岗位职责：
1. 协助跟踪各工厂订单订单进度，督促工厂按时交付订单；
2. 核对各工厂出口CI/PL/Shipping Mark/BL等文件资料；
3. 核对各工厂出货检验资料、产品照片；
4. 核对各工厂的MTR质量文件；
5.每周参加和客户的视频会议，并把客户要求通知工厂。
6. 领导协调的其他任务；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历;
2.能熟练地使用计算机，熟练使用办公软件；
3.工作态度积极向上，性格开朗善协调沟通； 做事仔细，有耐心；
4.有外贸英语基础者或石油机械产品基础者优先；能够进行简单的产品翻译；
5.英语六级优先考虑
